Yeah, not so much on the new job. Mindless, mircomanaging BS if you ask me. My husband did wrangle himself a new job and has already recieved a promotion and raise. Good news for us especially since my job is cutting me down to part time in October. Don't even get me started on the union. I thought it was suppose to 'protect you!' Really it's another system that sucks money from you for nothing. I have yet to see a real benefit from belonging to a union. Yes, the new hunt has begun...
